Tenebrous Radio Is Live (Undead, Undead, Undead)
I'm not the quickest to use sparkly web-toys, even if they are free and awesome. But after the tenth time my Pandora station insisted on playing me artists I do not care to hear*, I knew it was time to get involved in something new. After listening to a few of my friends' mixes** on 8Tracks, I was hooked.
*I'm sorry, but I cannot like the Melvins, no matter how hard I try
** Thank you Prof. Jack and Costuminatrix!
I've been posting mixes at the rate of about 2 a week. If you care for a peek into my musical tastes (and don't mind some genre car-crashing), check out my station here:

Marvelous! I didn't realize you were over there. I've been using 8tracks for 3-4 years now and honestly it is one of my favourite sites on the internet. I try to post a mix with new music finds every week...even if, as one commenter noted, "I gotta be honest...they all sound the same"! HA! Oh well.
Nice. I was trying to use Mixcloud but didn't like the interface at all. This looks much closer to my liking, will investigate further for sure.
Glad to have you onboard, pal! Now...to get the Baron to favor us with some musical selections...

GND, it's always excellent to see you on my blogfeed! I will definitely take a listen to your stuff over the next little bit.
Daniel, I REALLY like the 8Tracks interface. I am a Mac user, and the upload tool can copy songs right from a playlist. I'm digging your Halloween soundtrack mix right now--great stuff!
Jack, you're just the bestest, but you know I think that about you already. And Baron XIII has already recommended several future mixes. I'll be sure to blame--erm, CREDIT him when they're posted ;)
Kate, this is cool. I like your selections. But 8tracks don't give a lot of info on how it works.
The DJ uploads their own music? What if all you have is CDs and vinyl? (I refuse to use iTunes.)
Please excuse my low-tech questions. I'm finally joining the rest of the world after being submerged in academia for the past 10 years.
Kate, you might wanna check out Spotify also.
